I didnt purchase anything from steam shop for a month and i just got $20 taken out of my account to make me go negative. Is anyone else getting fraudulent charges from Steam?

Are you absolutely certain there are no $20 charges within say, the last 30 days? It doesn't need to have been recent.

What kind of payment method was it taken from?

I'm sorry for not responding sooner, this topic slipped through the cracks somehow. If you do not see the charges anywhere on the two links above, then it's likely someone else has access to your card information, and is using it on another account. You should contact Steam support as soon as possible and explain the situation.
