Can't download Gang Beasts or Paint the Town Red

Alright I've uninstalled steam thinking "Oh maybe this will work". Unfortunately that isn't the case (♥♥♥♥ my life) - I've had this problem with Gang Beasts and Paint the Town Red where I can't download either game but every other game (WHY?) can download fine with no problem whatsoever. Gang Beasts gives me this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ "not enough disk space" when I literally have an empty second 1tb hard drive with nothing but a steam downloads file setup whereas Paint the Town Red gives me more ♥♥♥♥ by saying "DISK WRITE ERROR". Honestly I bought a new hard drive specifically for STEAM games yet, I'm being bent over and anally raped by steam with all this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

If anyone can help me get rid of this I would be so thankful to you. Funny thing is I can download both Gang Beasts and Paint the Town Red fine on a MAC. But my PC lets every game but Gang Beasts and Paint the Town Red off. I really want this fixed because this has been plaguing me fora while now...

If anyone knows anything that can fix this please hit me up or something

Try to running Steam as admin(right click -->> run as admin)

or

remove the download folder(only Gang Beast/Paint the Town Red folder,not all folder in download folder) then restart Steam

delete Gang Beast+Paint the Town Red folder in downloading folder?
then restart steam

Gang Beasts doesnt even go into the downloads folder and Paint the Town Red downloads to 40mbs then "DISK WRITE ERROR". I've deleted local content and restarded Steam - nothing new

I dont see the file that they have when I get my disk write error :/

This is what I've found when I checked the logs...

Failed updating depot 337321 while writing chunk to "PaintTheTownRed_Data\GI\level10\75\75a4df7f67a56dea08d772c7257d7c1a.ecm", offset 0 (File Not Found) (Disk write failure)
