K-Lite Codec Pack
uTorrent
I uninstalled gameguard
And furthermore, before you can test the games after taking steps to fix this, you MUST verify the game files to get the .exe and other files repaired after the damage has been done. Do this everytime before playtesting that game.
See this page...

Make sure you have real-time scan exceptions for Steam and all games for 360 Total Security. You never answered my question on thiat.
Always do this for Steam and games, no matter what AV you use.
Uninstall all those programs you listed above....these....
Restart your computer.
Verify the games files for any and all games affected using the linked page I have provided above, starting with the three here that you have stated have the issue.
Playtest the games.

Programs change. New issues can come up.
And you are still not answering my question about 360 Total Security. That is the most important step and you seem to be ignoring it.
You are troubleshooting a problem. This is process of elimination...that is all it is. Remove known possibilities and move on to unknown possibilities. Those programs are on the list linked. That makes them known possibilities. Remvove them from the equation. Therefore, they are no longer a possibility.
Don't forget to follow the rest of what posted. If you skip a step, you are not doing this properly.
Programs can just as easily be reinstalled later if we find they are not causing the problem. Remember, you are troubleshooting a problem. That takes steps. Those steps may or may not work. But they need to be done just the same before we move on to more involved steps. These are the easy steps. The others are more complicated and will come if this does not work.
When you reply, you should detail what you are doing so we know it is being done fully, correctly, and in the right order where that may apply. Thanks.
Also, if you wish, you can do this....
Click Start in Windows and type in msconfig and run that. Then go to the services tab and check the box "hide all Microsoft services". Now, take screenshots of all that is left and post them here, please.
You can upload them to imgur.com and post the links here, as it is free to do so. Make sure we can see them all, so if you have many left, take multiple shots if needed and post all the links here so we can see it all.
