Anyone know a good Antivirus that does not interfir with steam

Anyone know a good Antivirus that does not interfir with steam i use avast but i need help finding good antivirus right now i check my pc and there is 1000 infection of cerber Ransomware

oh ok i use spyhunter 4 but it need to pay ok i try malware bytes but i ever try it when i unninstall the malware will be back in my pc

you need to reboot and delete the spyware programs before uninstalling

Well, because you replied so fast, that shows that you did not even look at the proof I posted. Maybe you don't have issues, but that does not erase it from the list or remove the proof I have posted.

maybe you need to buy the subscription and if the firewall blocks a program let it through lol

not disagreeing but maybe older versions of norton do it but not newer ones
