How to check things that your selling on the market

I found some stuff in CS GO and decided to sell it, but now I want to see how much I've sold it for and if I can change the price of the item

Hello there,

The items you are selling on the Market are shown on the Market's top page.
Community --> Market --> "My Active Listings" (and you can see "Selling" just underneath it).

Yes, you can change the item price, but you have to do it manually by removing the item from My Active Listings and change the price from your Inventory (just when you want to sell them in the first place).
