$5.00 USD concern
So, a while back, when i started this account, i got a gift from a friend to play CS:GO. It didn't have the unlimited user features, like adding friends, and after some while, i spent $5.00 USD (United States Dollars) to all those features. And it worked. I Have a list full of friends and some market-bought items.
That's the thing; since i live in Brazil, we use R$ (Reais), and now, 1$ is around 3,33 R$. When i bought the 5 dollars to "unlock" my steam, i used it, added friends and even bought some items in market ( My AWP | Worm God ) in CS:GO. Now that dollar cost less in R$, i can't use it anymore, and my "meter" to show how much money i need to spend to unlock my account, shows $4,97 , and i can't add 3 cents to my account, nor have the money to put more $5,00 in steam.
I would like if you guys can check and fix that, so i can use my market and friends list again, because it started being a real inconvenience, as i can't buy or sell anything in the market.
Thanks

Unfortunately it's an intentional feature. Steam calculates the $5 USD using the current exchange rate. If the exchange rate changes and you fall below $5 USD, you will become limited again. I'm sorry.
Happen3d to me too :(
This shouldn't be the case. If you are confident this is the case, feel free to contact Steam Support.
