Cannot purchase anything!

I keep getting this message, when I try to purchase nearly 40 games in my cart. But I don't have any DLC in my cart. Games I'm trying to purchase are listed below.

You cannot complete your transaction because you are attempting to purchase an item that is already included in another packaged item in your cart. Please check your cart to verify that you are not purchasing an item multiple times. The most common cause would be purchasing DLC along with a deluxe version of a product that already includes the same DLC.

So what games are conflicting with the purchase or is it a store error?

I've checked but that only includes the soundtrack dlc. But I removed both Viscera's and I'm able to purchase but not now because Steam gave me this message.

sounds like STEAM is trying to tell you, that you are trying to buy A GAME twice, check any and all bundles.

It may be Viscera Cleanup Detail and Viscera Cleanup Detail: Santa's Rampage. Those are both standalone games but the issue may lie there.

I would also check to see if you already own one of those games.

That may be due to there being a heavyload on steam. There have been many purchases and so many more are happening! I would try to be patient with it. I had the same problem today, a few minutes later the purchase went through.

Viscera Cleanup Detail: Santa's Rampage is included when you buy Viscera Cleanup Detail. I did not have to buy it separately so I checked to see if it now wasn't included. But it still is included. If you click "read more" on the "About This Game" section of Viscera Cleanup Detail: Santa's Rampage store page you will see:

Also note that Santa's Rampage comes included with the main game download of Viscera Cleanup Detail

There have been a lot of issues with steam, from trying to purchase from the store to buying steam trading cards. The servers are being overloaded with the steam summer sale.
