Nope. Like I said "Only the e-mail is sent. No information is displayed." so they don't see anything but "An e-mail has been sent to the account" and that is it.

No, it only sends the account name to the e-mail attached to the account. So you suddenly get an e-mail saying (paraphrased) "Hi, we see you're trying to recover the account with name "Namy mcNameface". Good luck with the recovery!" It doesn't hurt.
