Alternatively you could visit the store in their website as opposed to the client. Next time try to be more cautious and responsible.

Go to Steam -> Settings -> Web Browser -> Delete all browser cookies.

If using Chrome, you can hack your browser to both never show this again and protect your privacy:
- Open a "restricted" game on the Steam Store - enter January 1, 1900 for anonymity.
- Press F12
- Select the Application category (you may need to press the >> button to reveal it).
- Expand Cookies, select https://store.steampowered.com
- Delete the cookie "lastagecheckage"
- Select the cookie "birthtime"
- Change the value to 1 (for privacy), change the expiration to 2099-12-31 or something ridiculously long in the future, to bypass the session expiry of the cookie.
- Enjoy no longer being phished every time you go to a "restricted" Store page.
