Banned from unturned for leaving cheat engine on by accident.

Hey everyone.
I was playing unturned earlier and I got banned because I left cheat engine on in the background from the game I was playing before. Is there any way I can get unbanned? I heard that guy got unbanned from csgo when he did this exact thing. Anyone got any info on this?

You do not have a VAC or game ban on your account that you are posting with. Quote the exact message that you see that makes you think you are banned and post it here.

you heard wrong. vac detected a cheat and banned you. there aint much you can do other than set up a new account to play unturned on,at least its a free game.
im pretty sure cheat engine has to be hooked into the game in order to be detected anyway so sounds like you were cought red handed.

OP does not have a VAC ban or game ban.

Actually it was a lua script, and wasen't hooked onto any game, also, in game when I try to log onto the server I play on it says that the valve anti cheat servers have stopped responding.
So I assumed I got banned.

Well, you should not make assumptions like that. Servers not responding could be just that.....the servers are not responding.

Wait a bit and see if you can connect then, is my suggestion. As far as the rest, stop using stuff like Cheat Engine and whatnot, unless you want a real ban.

Yeah I know, but just for the record. I was using it for the aggresion mod in dark souls prepare to die edition, so I wasen't actually cheating.

Apologies to everyone I bothered with this thread @The Giving One was right, the servers were legit just not responding. My bad.

That makes NO difference if VAC detects it as a cheat. Not saying you did hook into a VAC protected game with suspicious processes here, but I am saying that even if you don't think you are cheating, and VAC detects known cheats, then your account gets VACed. That is how VAC works.
