Isn't it obvious from the fact that the steam filters keep blocking the link?
I don't use shady scam sites so I refer you back to my previous post: Does it require you deviate from the standard trading pratices, yes or no? Are you required to send them your items asking for nothing in return in that trade offer? Do they totally promise that you'll get items after you send them your items as a gift, and then uh oh you aren't able to get anything off of the bot exactly as you describe?
What you describe is a very common issue people keep bringing to these forums when they get scammed by these sites. Most of them work by suckering people into spreading word about them (often asking people to put the name of the site in their username because it's the one thing Steam Filters aren't affecting). And they aren't a 100% chance of scamming, because they need people to spread the word. But they make their profit by having occasional "bugs" just plain not send trades out when someone tries to make a "withdrawl". This is exactly what you and countless other people who reported similar issues have all described. You lose your items, nothing you can do, and usually no way to contact anyone over it because this isn't a Steam issue. Steam is working just fine, you just gave your items away to a scammer that's all. And Valve will not restore items lost in a scam.
These third party shady sites are not affiliated with Valve or Steam, and again, the fact that the filters block you from actually saying the name of the site on the forums should tell you about their reputations.
