Please help can not play games.
Hello I am new to pc gaming so I do not know much about pcs as I am a console player. I have a few games and when I try to play any of them it says running acts like it is about to start then it does nothing.

Yeah Dalton some game use other programs that is use for playing the game if not install the game would black screen or do nothing I had problems like that when I started PC gaming sometime steam has trouble installing stuff like "DirectX 9 to 12" or "Net Fireworks 4.5 to 4.6" for some games like rust I would nerver understand why I recommend you look up "DirectX 9-12"
and "Net Fireworks 4.5 - 4.6" I can leave a links but remember its nerver safe click hyper links on steam, I recommend looking it up yourself

I have both downloaded the highest virsions it says and i get this message when trying to launch it still Failed to initialize Direct3D.
Make sure you have at least DirectX 9.0c installed, have drivers for your
graphics card and have not disabled 3D acceleration
in display settings.

Okay so I checked to see if my stuff was up to date and steam said this but I am not sure what to do.
