Help with DiRT Rally

I have been looking at this game for along time but never thought i could get it, recently i looked up if i might be able to run it and i got a bit hope full. here are my specs, because i don't know crap about how well it would run and don't fancy throwing $50 at something that will only run below 30 fps, thank you so much and keep in mind that i don't care if all graphic options on low or off

Sometimes the specs work and sometimes not.
It really also depends on the quality you set the game on. (Low medium or high) setting you know. I suggest trying it out.

Buying, trying it out, if not working or something else then ask a refund.
Don't forget to play longer then 2 hours or you wont be able to ask the money back.

Without even looking at the minimum recomendations for this game your specs are very low.

So, because there is no demo , is there any thing similar that i could try to test, or should i just get it and if it runs like junk get a refund. i got the Forza Horizon 4 demo, and it launched in and i got to the menu but when i tried to run it, it crashed. I could just call it quits and get v rally 4 on switch, but from what i have seen its not as realistic, i am also open for this to be a disscussion about the best rally games, but an answer would be really appreciated, thanks. have a good day

Though:
It is very unlikely that the game runs playable. Your cpu has 6 watt..... If it can run such games it would be a masterpiece of physic.
