Paypal payment on Steam client for Windows.
This is the second time I used a browser that never asked for my security card key. The other browser was googles. I was paying for an item and used my PayPal, when it asked for my security verification key, I used it. I then bought another item and it never asked me again. That’s got to be a security violation. Nothing happened to the purchased, I received my items but it’s just not in the right way. This leads me to believe that steam uses a google variant! I have closed my account with google because of it.WHYPlease help me!

If you don't want that, make Steam forget your PayPal account. Problem solved.

no idon't want that and it would not be solved because it didn't even ask me for a security key the second time. Paypal said it should have asked me.

Make Steam forget your PayPal account.

Why is it always the save account? I don't recall be asked to save the details. I don't think it would solve it anyway. Even if it did, it's going to happen to someone else.

Try the check box "This is a private computer" when you log in PayPal.

that's what I used.

I mean "uncheck it".

I meant to check off that I'm using a private computer. That would mean saved details. But what would save account have anything to do with a submitting to PayPal with the steam browser? One’s a client and another one is a form submission? Just to be sure, I'll remove any trace that PayPal is used.....I'm not convinced however it didn’t load the security check answer and question.

Steam started storing Paypal as payment method (as it already did with credit cards) recently.
You probably didn't notice now there's a "Store this payment method"[i.imgur.com] checkbox when making a paypal purchase. I didn't notice the first time either.
