Virus? Steam says im still in game all time can't play.
First of all: https://gyazo.com/c5a51147d98b1cdf7d17b0a42bedfb83
That is extremely indicative of a trojan if I ever seen one xD.
Basically steam says I'm always in game playing cs when I'm not. I can't play any other game either atm. I have already changed password, deauthorized other accounts from my steam and I am presently scanning my computer for viruses and tried turning off streaming. Does anyone else have any ideas on what else I can do? Thanks.

How about unticking that "Enable Streaming"? Does that fix the problem?

Have you tried restarting the computer?

No ticking of enable streaming does nothing, if I use task manager to close my steam, they say that I am still online and playing.

No I am waiting for the security scan to finish, but I have a feeling turning my pc of won't fix it as port trojan seems very close to the name of a trojan virus. Also the security scan has nearly finished now and it has not found anything yet :C

Try to deauthorize your Steam account, someone might be on it or you might have forgotten to log it out elsewhere.

To deauthorize it, open your Steam settings in your Steam client (top bar, Steam - Settings)
And then in the 'Account' tab, click "Manage Steam guard account security...".
Or simply click here.
In there you should see on the bottom a button that allows you to deauthorize your Steam from all devices it might be logged into.

When you said that you shut down your computer and your friend could still see you online with 'away' status, that means your Steam account is idling elsewhere.

I already did that and I don't have friends on my account. Personally I think there is a virus and someone has used it to gain access to my account and log it on some where else, since the security scan and changing all these settings I have got it to a point in which I can play other games now and im not constantly on cs but there was a stupid amount of lag and ping. I think this could be the virus targetting my system instead because I blocked its path. I am reinstalling cs go now and hoping the lag is gone as well as ping, however my download speed is a 10th of the usual. I have tried other games and fps wise they seem better.

I was referring to what you said previously:

Okay I have been able to get my fps back to normal on csgo now after reinstalling on my other disk, so Im in a state of normal functioning computer wise now, but if anyone reads any of this I would greatly appreciate if someone could shed anymore light onto what happened as I feel that I haven't solved the problem just prevented it from doing anything, as you can see port trojani would indicate a trojan is still somewhere on my device. Thanks for all your suggestions so far.
