No, uninstall, then RESTART your computer and then verify the game files for Ride.

I probably should have asked this before, or normally it is good to post this information in your opening post but what are your system hardware specs there ?

Click Start in Windows and type in the box dxdiag and then run that result.

Let it finish and post everything that you see under "display" in that new window that you see appear. Need to know you GPU now.

Yes but with my GPU i can play to Arma3 - Battlefield4 - Battlefield 1 - The Elder Scrolls, i think isn't a problem of GPU... this game not start own

You cannot compare games like that when it comes to system requrements. If a game requires the GTX 460 at a minimum for Nvidia, then that is what it requires.

I would suggest that you try to get a refund for that game as long as you qualify and you should as of now.

I don't know , for me i have other problems because other games need better then GTX 460 but i can play this...
this ride need GTX 460 and i can't? idk maybe there are other error.. i have send ticket to Ride owners , you don't know anymore for fix other problems?

Arma 3 only requires a 9800GT or better.

NVIDIA GeForce 9800GT

Skyrim, if that is the Elder Scrolls game you mentioned, requires even less.

Video Card: Direct X 9.0c compliant video card with 512 MB of RAM

The Ride developers/owners are not going to be able to make your GPU strong enough to play this game, so not sure why you sent them a message.

I am sorry, but my suggestion is to get a refund for it or play it on a better computer. You need to always check the store page for system requirements before you buy a Steam game.
