Help! Help! Corrupt Disk

When I try to Download Games On My HDD Every time I get "Corrupt Disk" Error.
But when I am installing it on My SSD it's Working Perfectly Fine.
I tried many methods clearing the download cache, deleting and remaking the download folder, and even uninstalling and reinstalling
but still not working.

Please Help!

Update - I Can Move Games With SSD TO HDD And It's Working Perfectly. But I Can't Download Games To My HDD Directly.

"Current pending sector count" (CPSC) and errors chkdsk is unable fix indicates serious problems with your hard drive. I would immediately backup valuable data that is on the drive before doing anything else. If the CPSC count is low, then the drive may be able to reallocate the bad sectors. But if it is large or if the number is increasing over a period of time then most likely your hard drive is failing. You might be able to at least temporarily "fix" the drive if CPSC is low and not increasing by "secure erasing" it. I have only once encountered such a situation and only recently so I do not know how permanent or reliable such fixes are. In any case I wouldn't trust the drive with important data that is not backed up and would only put it to use for non-essential storage and or for testing purposes. Once some time has gone by, then perhaps I would gain enough confidence to put the drive to regular use, but I would still make sure that all data is backed up.

There are free utilities that can "secure erase" your drive or you can use the Linux utility hdparm to do it. Note that as the name "secure ERASE" implies all data on the drive will be erased and with any procedure there is some chance that you may accidentally brick your hardware.

@Elucidator So I tried crystal disk info and I got the Health Status - Caution "Current Pending Sector Count" Error. How can I fix it? Or my HDD is Dying?
And I tried the chdsk command and I got 44 Errors, Is there any way to fix it?
