Reinstalling Steam maybe?
then run sfc /scannow
Steam/Settings/Downloads/STEAM LIBRARY FOLDERS
Click on the three dots to the right of the problematic Library folder and select "Repair Folder."
And I tried the chdsk command and I got 44 Errors, Is there any way to fix it?
Lack of better word somehow things get wrong here, with datatransfer or sync or mismatch is checksum and make it corrupted, ( bad harddisk cable to loose connection or heat issue maybe so many things why disk get a issue oding its installation, that as user you never see or know about.
( even that harddisk controller might have a Driver update user dont know about. )
( even that brand harddisk support page should be checked )
and be sure pc is idle and dont have other task running at disk or system while install test or move test.
ps.
do know OC and other cheap tweaks might cause you issue, if you know you have done such at all. ( this is know as lack of Resources doing installation procedur )
well we all assume you have a hardware that work and standard option, whatever that is.
and FFS lets hope this is not a Laptop and user run on minimum power-scematic ( aka. max power settings ) then there is alot of things that make sense.
you need steam support also on this, just because i have a idea dont mean a thingy, but most here can see thats odd if you can move it there and then play it, but not directly install on it.
ps.
see other steam user claim steam use wrong default disk, and only steam support can check codes on the subject.
ps.
other solution reinstall steam over current steam version, and see if that can fix whatever that is. ( and no i and other are to few to even know what cause this. ) and we dont have info on how many there is with install issue.
