Whats going on? My bank doesnt reject any payments online unless they are above a very high amount. Im not sure why steam wont let me pay via any payment method

Contact your bank and ask them why the charge isn't going through. All support knows is what they told you.

PayPal works anywhere else. What's the problem? It's as if they have personnel discouraging sales. :/
