Account hacked and email changed

Hi!


My steam account got hacked and the email is changed so i wonder what to do.
They hacked my email to but i got it back and it was on another language.
How can i recover it?

I cant write my account name it just says "Enter your email address or phone number".
So how do i do now?

you have to read it, partner. there are instructions at each step if you do not have what is asked for.
make sure that you using a safe browser to do this in

edit:when you get it back, make sure to do all of these

1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Deauthorize all other devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
3. Change passwords from a trusted/clean computer.
4. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
5. Revoke the API key https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey (there should be nothing in the APIKEY)

You enter your email address or phone number, just like directed. Then you Continue to follow directions given to you by the page you are looking at.

Doesn't matter. Unless they are literally standing in the room with you pointing a gun at your head, that shouldn't stop you from proceeding with account recovery.

But the most important thing is to find the source of what caused this accountS loss.
