Infinite scrolling in library?

Whenever I'm in my library home or library folders with the tiles, my scroll bar is bugged. There's way too much dead space below, and I can't use the scroll bar to scroll, since even moving it a pixel down from the very top scrolls it to completely empty space.

Is there a fix to this? Is this a known bug being worked on?

Well, you can always try clearing your browser cache under steam settings then restarting steam.

Also under Windows you can set your scroll rate to a lower rate too.

You can try clearing the web browser data.
Steam > Settings > Web Browser > Delete Web Browser Data

Tried clearing my cache, and it seems like it's an issue specifically pertaining to Dynamic libraries.
