Cookies notification constantly pops up

Everytime I load a page in the Steam cilent it is asking to accept or reject the cookies.
I reject them go to my profile and popups again, reject hem go to the community forum and same happens. It started today...

As annoying as it is, it isn't as bad as the changes they made to the library and store page in the past few years. Those were really bad, and made things borderline unusable for some players with disabilities and conditions such as autism. But sadly when these matters were brought up, Steam just ignored them and actively deleted a few of the comments bringing them to their attention.

It's not all been bad, they have done some good things too, and I hope that this issue will be fixed in time (preferably sooner rather than later). We'll have to see...

Was about to say it have been fine for a whole day, and exactly when i click on this discussion the damn thing popped up. (But it also disappeared immediately).

This bug is as annoying as the "invalid url" on screenshots in discussions/guides.

So this has been going on since August for some people?
I've only had it the past few days, but I'm already super annoyed at it.

Happens both in the Steam Client and my Browser... and it won't save my Cookie Settings at all.

This is happening to me right now! For the last 2 days, it's very annoying....Everytime I click to a different page/tab, it happened when I clicked this forum page and it's happening on my Steam Deck and also via the app on my Android phone.

I tried everything , Windows setting of all kind - searched Google for this.
No solution ....

And Steam is telling non-stop :
"We don't use a lot of cookies..."
Not a lot.
But when you do, is incredible annoying !!!

Having same issue. Steam also appears to be lagging when you click on anything as well EG clicking on a game in my wishlist takes 4-5 seconds to open where as before its was near instantaneous - anyone experiencing this as well?
