help
im trying to download a game but it keeps dropping to 0mbps and then when it finished it said missing download files ive tried restarting steam giving it admin permissions and clearing the download cache why does this happen and how do i fix it

Try these commands in CMD (as admin):
netsh winsock reset netsh ip reset ipconfig /release ipconfig /flushdns ipconfig /renew ipconfig /registerdns

Once done, try running this command in CMD as well:
sfc /scannow
