i got an alert say that my steam account have been used by someone else, to protect my account i had to send my last 4 card that i have used in steam, i sure that i used the same card that i send it to steam

i have paid for cyberpunk 2077 in 2020 and my bank account history can prove that, steam request my phone number, my address and my full name, i give everything they asked me to.

the next day i have been loged out from my steam account and i cant login, it say's wrong password/email, i tried to reset my password by email, but the email is no longer is steam
i tried to make ticket but the email attached to my steam account start with k (k***@r***.r*) my email start with "o" and its a google mail, so i think steam deleted my account after someone try to hack my account, i have paid a lot in steam, and this is horrible

Accounts are NEVER deleted unless you go through an express process to do so.

You sound like you've been scammed. How did you contact this person? Discord or something or via Steam support? If it was anything other than via steam support then it's a scam and you GAVE your details away.

Now you can only contact support and prove ownership to them and get your account back. Don't be surprised if any inventory items have gone missing though - those are never returned.

Yes use the Steam support to make a ticket and go through the process again as the reason you were scammed instead seems to be you gave your account details away elsewhere (skin sites, gambling sites or whatever) and you need to clean your API key and so on.

Read this and follow it precisely. Then wait on the support ticket to restore your account.

I'm thinking now that maybe after i gave my info to steam and they unlocked password/email change while I'm sleeping, the other user that was trying to use my account succeed to change the email in time before I could even login!!

You should also check if you used the browser, that the site is legitimately Steam, and not a mirrored webpage made for scam.

What was the first message (in GENERAL) in your ticket where you told all the things BEFORE you couldnt log in?
I mean, was there a text allready? Telling you something?

It is highly suspicious that you are told to use an account that might be accessed by someone else, to write a ticket with that account.
That other "user" could read the tickets.

yes that odd, the alert was a red "ALERT" at the left of my name in the right corner of the stream

bet they already had access to the account and triggered that alert on purpose (assuming it was legit) so then you provided what they need to change the email
