Is G2A Legit?
I saw they have some heavily discounted games on there, but they are sold from users. Is my credit card info safe on there and is it possible I can get scammed?

Well, seems the question self-answered.

Yes, it also sponsors Youtubers and Twitch streamers (by giving them discount codes to give to followers/subscribers). It is a third-party site for Steam so its up to you. Ive never used the site so i wouldnt know of the possible threats there.
You can see that the site is blocked on Steam, and for good reason.

Anything you purchase there has the risk of being removed from your account with no warning. Because they're not an authorised reseller and the keys often come from fraudulent credit card purchases and things like that.

Again they're not an authorised reseller, so anything you do, such as giving them your credit card info, is at your own risk.

So what I've gathered is it's kind of risky?

It is an unauthroized reseller. They buy keys from unknown sources and resell them, even stoled keys.

They also violate Steam's SSA as Steam Gifts can not be sold, only traded after a 30 day wait period.

They have been know to have keys revoked and users have complained about sellers doing chargebacks for the games that were sold.

Any place that charges extra to guarantee you get the product you purchased is highly suspect. They often will not refund games or re-issue keys if you do not follow their procedure and take a screenshot of the message. Seeing as the message only pop-up one time, most tend to miss it, so they lose out on any refune/replacement.

Valve/Steam can not assist you, if you have any issues.

Some authorized resellers:

Green Man Gaming
Amazon

There is also a site to help find good prices for games called isthereanydeal.com and so far I have not heard of an unauthorized reseller being listed.

They have great deals. They've also had TENS OF THOUSANDS of steam keys revoked, not to mention accounts suspended due to fraudulently purchased games, wallet codes, etc. via stolen credit cards, chargeback fraud, etc. Who gets their accounts suspended and flagged? The people who buy those fraudulently purchased items. Got a problem with a purchase you made on XXX? Have fun dealing with their customer support.
