i want to refund 2 games.
On 1 game, teardown, i have 10 hrs and bought 3 days ago. do u think i can get it refunded? also it is taking so long and it says since i recently changed my password it'll be delayed. is this normal?

You would have to send a manual ticket if you are over the requirements.
The delay for changing account information is 3 days and yes, that is normal.
If you requested a normal refund then it'll just get rejected by virtue of how far outside you are so you will need to submit a manual ticket this way https://i.stack.imgur.com/tGEEH.png and explain things there to stand any chance.

Password changes result in a 3 day cooldown before normal response times apply regardless.
how do i do that? is it by pressing steam then account settings then purchase history?

Find the game https://help.steampowered.com/en/ and select the 'I have a question about this purchase' option. Make sure you cancel your existing request first.
its saying You already have an existing help request for this issue. A duplicate request cannot be created.
how do i cancel the request. i already did i think in my gmail

Find the game https://help.steampowered.com/en/ go to the refund section and cancel. Then go back into the wizard and submit a manual request as given above. DO NOT submit another standard refund one.

Well if you can't make a manual ticket and explain your issue then you're going to get this response where it fails, because the first response is ALWAYS automated. It simply checks the 2 hours and 14 days limit.

So you then respond with the "I Have a question about this item" and explain your extenuating circumstances. Do note though if they refuse you then that IS the end of it.

And note that it takes often a few days to respond to you each time as there are tens of thousands of tickets every single day.

There should be but if you can't see it then go into your open tickets and cancel it that way.
