There is NO such thing as...
1) Item verification.
2) Trade checking.
3) Pending ban reports.
4) Employees that contact you for any of the above mentioned things.
As it seems, your current account may have now been hijacked.
You'll need to...
[ 1 ] Scan for malware: https://www.malwarebytes.com/
[ 2 ] Deauthorize all devices: https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
[ 3 ] Change your password on a secure device.
[ 4 ] Generate new back up codes.
[ 5 ] Revoke any active Web API key: https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey
1) Don't use third-party sites; yes those shady sites.
2) Have a good AV software and anti-malware software.
3) Common sense.

How can i know if my account is hijack free?
all common avenues for such an issue
rude and uncalled for dude, don't be needlessly snarky to people.. he is concerned with the security of his account, mocking him for it was not a mature response
Yes i used tradeit.gg last year if im not mistaken.. i trade my arcana to another arcana.. its just once
Its fine for me if my items will never be back on my account.. i just want to know if that "hijack" thing is gone or how can i get rid of it?..
if you want to trade in the future, do it within Steam.. all Steam games have a subform specifically for trading
But, am i safe now from that hijacking thing?.. coz that day it ask me to restart my account and while playing dota 2 i was on offline mode and disconnected many times. I need to know how can i counter attack that hijack scamm thing.
