Screenshot window not appearing?
Not sure if this is the right place for this so feel free to correct me if it isn't.

I took some screenshots today but when I quit the game, the customary window that pops up to let me decide what to do with said screenshots didn't appear. Is anyone else having this issue? What do I need to do to fix it? I know the pics are saved somewhere on my PC but can't remember the file path. Anyone know where I can get them if I can't fix the issue?

Happening to me too, mate. I was on L4D2 earlier. Took a few shots, window didn't pop up after game closing.

Create a new folder on your desktop called "screenshots" for example. Then head to [settings], [in-game], then click on the right "screenshot folder" its right underneath the bit for the short key. Choose the folder to be the one on desktop. Steam compresses screenshots but that new folder you made will be uncompressed ones, but you will still be able to see your screen shots. You can also just click "View" on the steam app, then head down to "screenshots" and it will show you them all there. From there you can click your game then click "show on disk" and that'll be the folder for the uncompressed ones that you can upload to your activity wall.

Way too convoluted.

The uploader is bugged when exiting the game, yes.

View > Screenshots

Or the recent screenshots will be at the top if the activity on the games library page.

Or in each library page, below the achievement section on the right side, down a bit.

Using the View option took me straight to them. Thanks. Might create a separate folder later as you recommended.

The solution for this problem is an easy fix. Go to steam/settings/in game and ENABLE STEAM OVERLAY WHILE IN GAME.

Well, no. They changed the behavior of the screenshot uploader window so that it didn't automatically open when you exited a game. You can re-enable that old functionality by going to Steam > Settings > Cloud >> enable "Open the screenshot uploader after closing a game if screenshots were taken"
