Trying to upload a guide, but I can't create it. I keep gettgin the folloying error:

An error was encountered while processing your request:

Tried creating a steam support ticket, with logs and screens but they have no idea.
Am i the only one getting this? This is with XCom 2. It's been like a week or so since this started.

I've deleted everything bar the steamapps fodler and exe (and user or so), I'Ve restarted several time since. Games and screenshots work fine.

Any ideas?

@ the giving one, thanks, but I tried that first and none of the threads that come up weere helpful
google only gives me resutls from 2017 or earlier, which suggest to rester/delete stuff but that didn't help either

You can filter the results by "time" in the top of the search.

Yea, but still no dice. I haven't changed my mail or password either.
The thing that suprises me is that I'm not seeing another thread like this that is current.
I would expect steam to be down-ish but then more people would be complaining.
