He is referring to the OP's claim that Valve will refund EA games that don't get finished.
And such a policy does not exist.
OP,
EAGs (Early Access Games) fall under the standard refund policy, so you need less then two hours of game play and to be with in two weeks of the purchase.
They are not considered a pre-order and the clock does not reset upon release (as some have thought before as well).
Guess I learned my lesson about Daybreak. First Landmark/EQ Next, now Just Survive.

It is a risk with EAGs.
Honestly, I just avoid them until full release.
Just Survive the humans? Sounds boring.
