What is: Capacity in which acting for the W-8BEN Document ?

In order for me to publish a skin to the CS:GO Workshop I have to give Valve my Tax Information in form of a W-8BEN Document. But on the survey that I have to answer in order for me to give Valve my Tax Information I have to fill in a Box called " Capacity in which acting " and no matter what I put in nothing works.

don't quote me on this but I think they will take a part out of your earnings like when you sell something on the steam market

don't quote me on this but I think they will take a part out of your earnings like when you sell something on the steam market

No, they don't take anything, but they have to report your earnings to your government as it is incomes.
