How can i speed up the refund request
Two days ago, I purchased a bundle of eu4 wrongly. I would like to refund the bundle and purchase the desired bundle in the discount. However, I have waited for 2 days and there is no respond for my refund request. I just play it for 8 mins and purchased it within 2days.

How can i speed up the refund procedure or how can i cantact the steam directly?
As the discount will end soon.....

And i choose to refund it to the steam wallet

"Average" and that is for it to be answered, not the amount refunded.

Common Refund Questions

"Where is my refund? My refund was approved, but it’s been more than 7 days."

Approved refunds can take up to 7 days to appear in your account – however, refunds to international payment methods may take longer. If your refund hasn’t appeared after 7 days, please contact your bank directly and ask about pending refunds on your account.

Please note: When a refund request is approved within 24 hours of the purchase, the original transaction is cancelled and the charge drops off your bank statement. In this case, you will not see a credit on your account. This process can take up to 10 days – wait time for international payment methods may vary.

Still can’t find your refund? Please review your recent purchase history; you may have used the funds to make another purchase!

Also, refunds on bundles work a bit differently, so make sure you qualify, unless you already have :

You can receive a full refund for any bundle purchased on the Steam Store, so long as none of the items in the bundle have been transferred, and if the combined usage time for all items in the bundle is less than two hours. If a bundle includes an in-game item or DLC that is not refundable, Steam will tell you if the whole bundle is refundable during check-out.

I mean the approval of refund.
There is no respond for my request for 2 days.
I just want the approval of refuns to buy another bundle within the discount.

And the bundle does not consist of any in game item

Did you make any account changes at all, after you submitted the refund request ? Anything ?

That was not the only condition. Might want to read that again, please. There is also the combined usage time for the games/items, and that is the one that usually disqualifies users from being approved. Just trying to perpare you with accurate information.

As i need a quicker respond for my request, i decide to refund it to the steam wallet.
Yet, it still take a long time to process.
I have never use the 'steam wallet' and i always use credit card for transaction.

Will i change the method of refund to 'credit card' instead of 'steam wallet' can speed up the apporval of refund request

You did not answer my last question. If you already submitted the refund request, I would not suggest cancelling it to refund to a different method (credit card). Best course of action is to just wait on the request to be answerd, if you are concerned with the amount of time.

Nothing changed for my account as i just request refund after my accidential purchasing

The game time for the whole is 8 mins only
The game bundle is europa universalis IV collection.
