There are currently over 12,000 people in the support queue. So if you put in a support request now, you're gonna have to wait for those 12,000+ people first.

If I contact them through this for something that isn't related to the PSW is not a problem?

He just wants to get unbanned in TF2, that won't happen. He has a forum post on it (got answers on it), spammed Valve emploee profiles and now wants to waste supports time to get the same answer he already got.

He just wants to get unbanned in TF2, that won't happen. He has a forum post on it (got answers on it), spammed Valve emploee profiles and now wants to waste supports time to get the same answer he already got.

Which is why most of us say that if they can't get to a place that lets them create a ticket, their issue is probably not one that support will deal with.

I know a few people who got their permanent ban lifted from Support.

Once you could send tickets to Support, now it's all changed.

Yeah, because it's not support's job to deal with the forums. Or like 90% of the other trash tickets (why no hl3 yet? my game crashed help its' WOW).
