The DLCs are available in the store, they're in my cart right now
What country your store is set to is irrelevant.
Your store mayb be in the SU, but unless you ARE in the US and have both your Steam account set their, a payment method in the US registered and so on, then it's likely to not work.
So simple question - where you do REALLY live?
I always buy my games that way and I've never gotten a problem before
Well, if you did, then that’s the explanation.
Contact Humble and see if you can get a refund. I don’t know how that works in the case of bundles.
(Sidenote, had really good customer service from them this week.)
I would advise answering this question.
They're taking ove 5 business days to answer but I'll keep trying
Garbage in, Garbage out.
1) what does this page say under “country”
https://store.steampowered.com/account/
2) what country do you reside in
These are easily answered questions. If you refuse to answer them, there’s obviously a reason why
It says United States, I activated it while I was living there. Even though I moved to Mexico it still didn't make a difference
Notice how you tried to not actually answer the second question which already tells you the answer
