Sorry they did it to you.
The fact their name was censored is why they're terrible.
The site name is blocked so yes it is a known scam site. Do a chargeback to recover your money.
Secondly use this site which lists authorised keysellers on the right hand side to buy keys.
https://isthereanydeal.com/
That aside, no matter where or when you buy your key, the terms you buy it under state it's for personal use and not intended for re-sale. That means all the keys on G2A are technically invalid and at liability to be revoked at will. Say, when a hacker decides to steal and leak their key database to the publishers.
1. selling steam inventory gifts
2. selling used keys
3. selling fake keys
4. selling wrong region keys
5. selling insurance for keys to work
6. telling people to talk to steam support and get information they know steam support will not provide
Game developers have stated they would prefer you pirate their games before you buy from that site.
some people will show up saying they have never had a problem using that site, but they simply got lucky. the site is like a minefield, you can walk thru one without anything happening and never know that you are just a step away from something ruining your day.
All you really need to know is that they're an EU company and therefore bound by EU laws. And yet they sell an "insurance" package that is prohibitively hard to cancel (breaking thos laws) to prop up their own dodgy business practices when keys don't work (which is also against EU law).
They're absolute scum.

majority of the games like World of Warcraft, go to their main website and buy the game.
gog website is a secure website to buy games too.
Humble Bundle website is also a secure and safe website too.
and best place is to buy the game directly on Steam Store.
do not go to a random 3rd party malicious websites and buy games.
p.s i'm not surprised if OP's Steam Account is compromised.
Of course4 I'm not saying a company is bad purely by having a registred address in a different country. I think you get what I mean.
