Awards keep appearing in my profile

I turned it off because I don't want to other's see those. I think it's probably a bug or smh, does anybody else had this problem?

You should try logging out on browser and then viewing your profile. You as the owner of the account can see things even if you set them to not be visible to others.

The only awards I see in my profile that the public woulod see is the 9 profile awards, that is a link to all my awards. And thats behind that link I dont see them unless I click on that link.
Where else are you seeing your awards?

if you're logged into your steam account on 2 computers it can do that , verify that it's turned off on both or sometimes it unchecks it

It happens now and again - usually from a client update or randomly. Some users seem more affected by others and it's usually those that use multiple devices. Definitely a problem within the client alone though and has been since they were introduced.
