Key was activated, but not showing up in my library

I purchase RPG Maker MV from {LINK REMOVED}Humble.com I successfully redeemed the key, but the game is not showing up in my Game Library. When I go to the Steam store page for the game, it lists it as in my library. How can I go about fixing this?

Talk to the place you purchased it from. Sometimes the keys from third party sites are deactivated for fradulant useage. Please contact them, not steam support since you purchased from outside steam.

This, the library has filters, which you can set to only show games, only show tools or show both. RPGMaker will be categorised under tools.

Be aware you'll see a ton of other items when you switch tools on, all related to games/steam itself.
