In my case it shows the USK rating.
As i already said, IF a game uses it.
I always find it amusing I can buy 18 rated films from Amazon with no need to prove age, but buying alcohol does require proof.
If you want to add them, ask publishers.
it does depend on region too.
Ratings are self regulation. They were set up after historical egal cases to enforce themselves within the industry or otherwise the governments would do it.
So a game does NOT have to get a rating. It just however helps sales to do so.
