steam support it's been two days and I still haven't got a response back
Ive gave all the information steam support "Anne" has asked and I am still waiting on a reply. Twos days??? Maybe she's dead who knows...

if you sent in a support ticket, then you WAIT till they get to your ticket. you are not the only one that needs assistance from support, you are not more important then the other people in line ahead of you.

it might take 7-14 WORK days (meaning excluding weekends) to get a reply. you just need to wait

something tells me OP's account is being compromised.

when i send a steam support ticket, the one who reply back to me is called "Rudy" from Steam Support.

also, Steam Support will never asks for your personal information, Steam Account password and Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator codes.........etc.

if the information OP gives to "anne" contains all these information i mention above, then he is being scammed.

There is no suggestion that the OP is compromised.

Not everyone at Steam Support is called 'Rudy'.

We don't know what information has been provided - it may simply be a common proof of ownership request.

No point in creating unnecessary drama or scaring the OP needlessly.

1) what information did OP gives to "Anne"?????

without this information, what I said in my previous is also Correct as well and is a valid Reason too.

guys i have received my account back from Monica not Anne after emailing Gaben Gaben@valvesoftware.com. I'm not sure if he's the direct cause or not but it took 5 days to get my account back.

never said I was but a company with over 24 million active users and an estimated revenue of 2.5 billion (probably more) it's shouldn't take over 5 days to get my account back

you shouldn't lose your account in the first place though.


I waited also couple of days for support to reply and then to reply again. Sometimes you just have to be patient and there is a reason why they state that it might take some time.

Glad you got your account back but this was down to Support and the information you provided - not emailing Gabe Newell. Timing was a coincidence and Steam Support is the only entity that deals with account issues no matter how long it takes.
