Yes, it is dependent on the game whether or not they have any additional launch selections, but that's not what i'm talking about.
This is a steam thing that is often remedied by restarting steam, but it doesn't seem to always work. I'm aware that not every game initializes a launch window at the start, but the games that do, do not launch it every time like they probably should, so I am wondering if there is a configuration to make sure that the games that actually do this, do it.
To be more clear, my question is not "why does Game C launch it while Game S does not." My question is, "Why does Game C only launch it once, but fails to launch it after the first launch"
For some games, it is important to have this window continue to launch when you launch the game, where there are tools you can only access through this window, but cannot if it doesn't launch this window. So. How do I make sure it actually launches this window?
