So you dont remember your email adress or any other logininformation of your google account? Do you use the same account for your phone, check that out. If not, ask your friends what your address was. Did you post on Youtube or other services of google with that account, you might remember what it was.
Also check invoices, there might be hints too.
Steam showing the emailaddress of accounts to random stranger whould be a HUGE dataleak. So no, Steam wont tell the address until you authenticated.
There you go. You've answered your own question. If you can't log into anything, use account recovery on everything.
