Always online on steam
So when i am in game my friend sees me online and other friends see me online. Do u know why?

You need to change your privacy settings.

And that means that i will apear online when i am in game?

If you make your game details public, yes. It will show you when you're online, and it will show you when you're in game.

This category includes the list of all games on your Steam account, games you’ve wishlisted, your achievements and your playtime. This setting also controls whether you’re seen as "in-game" and the title of the game you are playing.

Nvm explored the privacy settings and saw the setting. Put it on public. Thanks a lot man i couldn't ever think of that!

The feature was added a few days ago, so it's new. I'm glad you fixed it.
