The cores run at 41-45 Celsius
Ark booted up faster though there was no difference to fps.
It's on High Performance
i've got to go for a bit so if you have any suggestions just leave them for me
I'm starting to run out of ideas though, try this:
In your NVIDIA control panel go to 3D Settings>Mnage 3D Settings>Global Settings:
1. Power management mode - Prefer maximum performance
2. Vertical sync- Off
3. Threaded optimization - off
4. Triple buffering - off
Try this and let me know if it works :)
P.S. Don't forget to press OK in the control panel
It's improved framerate a little bit. I don't have numbers because the malware scan messed up my fps counter and stuttering has improved. It's not as good as it was, but still thanks for your help.
Run msconfig from Windows Start, and check services tab also. Check the box "hide all Microsoft services" and look carefully at what is left.
EDIT.........
I don't see your operating system listed in your specs above. What Windows do you have ?
windows 10

(revisions 1.0 linked. If you have revision 1.1, you should click that in the header there instead)
1. Take screenshots of all of the programs you have installed on your computer. Control panel then programs/programs and features. (Windows 7,8,8.1) or "apps" (Windows 10 click "Start" (Windows icon on bottom left))
2. Click Windows Start and type in msconfig and run that resulting process. Go to the services tab and check the box on bottom "Hide all Microsoft services". Take screenshots of all that is left.
3. Then go to the startup tab on top of that same window (Task Manager in W10). Take screenshots of all that there also. Don't forget to scroll down if needed and get everything in the shots, please.
Post all the links to the above screenshots here, using a file hosting site such as imgur.com, which is free to use.
Windows installed an update the night everything went wrong. So i uninstalled the update and everything seems to be running smoother now.
