Gamestop to Steam

Several months ago I got a gift card, and unfortunately it's gamestop. So I'm stuck staring at a cart with the entire Witcher series in it, that I cannot purchase because steam doesn't accept gamestop cards and gamestop doesn't let me buy for steam wallet directly online.

I could use some help.

Conditions that constitute help:
1. Does not involve leaving my dwelling. If I could leave and buy a steam card in the first place then I wouldn't have this problem.
2. Must preserve the total value of the gift card.

Same reason why Apple does not let you use it on iTunes.

2. If Gamestop allows it to be used for other cards, sure. Doubt it though.

Indeed, however various game companies have allowed multiple middle man means, which is what I was hoping for.

Sadly I already explored card trading, and they do have other cards. However, from what I can tell none of them will fit the requirements. Namely none of them can be bought online as a digital code and converted into another card.

You missed condition 1 of what would constitute help since the cards are not digital codes (hint hint steam, make a deal with them already).

How does it matter if a card is a digital code or not? Buy a card, redeem, buy The Witcher series.

Then what you ask is not possible. The only way would be to go to Gamestop and use the gift card to get a Steam Wallet Card... and that depends on if they will even allow it since some places have a policy against using one gift card to buy another.

Figures, I was hoping there was some obscure way to do things. Hence this thread, I may as well just buy some discounted games from them then. I guess I'll get a discount Fallout 4.
