Download region won't stop changing
So, it won't stop setting my default download region to Denver, Denver sucks. I get like no download speed so I have to keep changing it to Cali, is there any way to keep it from changing back?

I've never heard of this, but you seem to be confused a bit how it actually works, or you maybe are.

Downloads aren't like online gaming where ping is relevant. So the closer a server is to you is compeltely irrelevant. In fact, if you're getting poor speeds on a local server, then your neighbours are just as liekly to be congested too.

The trick is to google timezones and pick ANYWHERE in the world that is currently say, 2 to 4 am in the morning. Tweak it a bit to get the best setting.

Although generally speaking if things keep reverting back then you may either have some security software on your system deleting cookies ro something, or you have a plugin in Chrome or a similar browser interfering.

No I know. The California ones just work better for us for some reason. Our downloads are half the speed they are when coming from Denver vs somewhere in Cali. When we changed our download server it sped up tremendously. Denver is not local to us at all, it just keeps setting it as my download server.

Yeah likely some cookie cleaner or something that's resetting that.

Dang, okay I'll need to figure it out. I'm not sure what would be deleting them but I'll give a look see

Again, common culprits are either things like malware cleaners, cookie cleaners, or as Steam uses a fork of Chrome, any chrome plugins (or plugins on other browsers that also use chrome).

I know it can be a bastard to track down.
