Secondly steamgames.com takes you to the official site and i may be wrong but the number you posted - 4259522985 is maybe charging your wallet with funds or it may be Valve's transaction id for Steam.
You did make a purchase.
Are you 100% sure about that?
Because it really sounds like you made a purchase on the 30th and the money left your account on the 31st?
You are querying the second payment in a way that suggests the first payment didn't go to steamgames.com?
Who did the 'first payment' go to?
Did it actually happen?
That first charge (30th) was "reserving" the funds to be sent to Steam from your bank. It is not actually sent to Steam. Secondly your bank released the "reserved" funds on the (31st) to be sent to Steam. And finally it will show two charges until it corrects itself as only one payment of 30.48 is been sent to Steam.
You can contact Support and they will confirm how many actual transactions took place.
This was the answer the OP received from Support on another thread in November.
"Our records indicate that you have been charged only once for this purchase on your Steam account.
Many credit card companies will place a hold on your funds before authorizing a transaction. In some cases this hold will display as a separate transaction; however, we have only submitted one charge for processing."
I stated - "i may be wrong" and it "maybe" charging your wallet with funds not that it was when referring to the number.
So why mention it? YOu can't use it for anything.
