If that's the message that comes up when you're trying to pay then you should contact paysafe and find out if there's aproblem with the card and/or funds.

Well, all you can do is try then in that case. It may be your internet connection or it might be Paysafe being their usual clueless selves.

I would recommend trying to find a different internet connection to see if that helps. Also try leaving any purchasing until as late in the day as possible as Steam will be gettnig hammered during the sales.

I typically leave all my purchases until about 2 am.
