Why does my emails from steam support automatically get deleted?
Everytime I get a email from steam support, it straightly goes to the trash, in other words it straightly gets deleted (I use gmail). Does anyone know how to stop that from happening?

You've either got a rule to trash steam mails, or your mail and steam are hi-jacked and they're trying to stop you from contacting support.

They do send auto notifications to your email telling you your ticket, was submitted or support replied to your ticket.

Steam support sends emails of verification codes to your email

Thank you🙏
Enable 2fa for your email account.
And if you did not make a rule to put specific emails in trash, someone else did.

If thats the case safe email account (details, all settings) and all associated accounts.

I know this is really old but if anyone is wondering: I use a anti-spam service called Unrollme. I realized it was auto-deleting emails.

You can usually set emails as a priority for example on gmail you can mark emails as important and this will move them out of spam, it should mean future emails from the steam email will also not be flagged as junk
