So the answer is no.
Also, you should know that scam sites delay when they scam and steal your account, they're smart enough not to do it the second you sign in. It can be delayed by months in some cases.
You MUST also take the following steps to secure your account:
1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Deauthorize all other devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
3. Change passwords from a clean computer
4. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
5. Revoke the API key https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey - This field should be blank
Do NOT trade until your account is secured.
Steam does not return inventory items or wallet funds: https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=3415-WAFH-6433#noreturn
The site you linked is currently using a legit API login, but that doesn't mean it always will be. The safer option is to just avoid these types sites completey if you aren't confident in your ability to discern a phishing attack from a real login page.
There are many reputable sites that utilize Steam login that have nothing to do with trading and are perfectly safe, https://steamdb.info/ for example.
Does it make a difference? the sites in your name are scam, the site groups you are in, are also scam.
Best practice is to login at the official Steam website first. If you visit the third party site immediately afterwards you will only have to press the 'Sign-in through Steam' button. Only if the site is dodgy (or gone rogue) will it prompt you for your username and password.
Good luck with your account.
That's something I'd like to see.
