Also, digital content is not an investment. There's no official way of cashing out. You can lose a large value or even everything overnight because Valve goes bankrupt, decides to release TF3 or ban you for trading outside the system with (known) scammers. You can lose a large value slowly due to the community losing interest in TF2 over other games. Do not tie a significant amount of your equity into pretend hats.
Long story short, if you're having to jump through hoops to use the system, you're probably not using it as Valve intended it, and you're taking a serious risk.
And there are reasons for that limitation, otherwise there would be no limits to that.
This sounds a lot like trying to circumvent the limitation of having 3000 on one account in the first place, and already sends up red flags.
Also, that is a huge number to keep up with the security and logins of the accounts.
Mobile authenticator on each account for trading, perhaps ? That's one device for all those accounts.

Only one authenticator for an account at a time, as I am pretty sure you will not have hundreds of phones to allow authenticaton.
And TF2 is a VAC protected game. If only ONE of those accounts is involved in a cheating infraction, then ALL of the accounts sharing the same phone number will be VAC banned also.
That's each and every account, and this also negatively impacts trading items to say the least.
(EDIT....VAC banned accounts have permanently locked inventory that cannot be moved from the banned account)
Also, if any of the accounts are used to otherwise violate the SSA, depending on the situation, then that can have an impact on all of the other accounts.
All in all, this sums it up pretty well :
Thank you very much for your answer.
I would like to buy some TF2 cases for my future, these cases are really cheap and i wish i could keep em all at one account ( with storage boxes as Valve did in csgo). But sadly i have to make some accounts to keep my cases. Im not interested in trading these cases or whatever. Tbh im looking to buy em in future to get really crazy unusuals, but i dont want to waste money buying cases in future for more than now.
In that way i think im doing right. Just buying cases for cheaper than i would in future.
If you will get them on Steam , then it sounds like what you want to do is fine.
I will buy them off the steam community market.
You might have this wrong. You can have multiple accounts in the same device, but you can't have multiple devices for the same account. That's what that question refers to
I expect my fellow Steam brothers and sisters to let me know if I make a mistake.
